When upgrading from Capto Gen 1 to Capto Gen 3, Gen 1 devices must be returned.

When upgrading from Capto Gen 2 to Capto Gen 3, Gen 2 devices are able to be kept.  Once a license transfer has occurred between Gen 2 and Gen 3, the Gen 2 device can continue to be used in stand alone mode, looking at numbers on the device screen
