TB-M Irons
Rather than adhering to the one piece cavity structure, the material and structure have
been fundamentally reviewed in pursuit of high performance.
In the TB-M, a pocket cavity structure with excellent repulsion and theater blade design have been fused together. The high-strength thin face is welded to the soft iron body to expand the high repulsion area, making it more tolerant of off-center hits. This also improves the ball's initial velocity which creates an high trajectory to ensure that shots can be stopped on the green.
In addition, in order to pursue great feel, the inside of the pocket of the TB-M iron is filled with vibration-absorbing elastomer which absorbs extra vibrations created at impact.
The TB-M Iron features:
Theater Blade Pocket Cavity Structure:
Newly developed theater blade pocket cavity structure combines sharpness and tolerance. By attaching a lightweight and highly rigid "thermoplastic resin badge" to the back of the head, optimized weight distribution is achieved.
High-Strength Thin Face Laser Welded to the Periphery:
By laser-welding the thin Hyper ES face to the soft steel body, the high repulsion area of the face is expanded.
Pocket Filling Vibration Absorbing Elastomer:
By filling the inside of the pocket with a vibration-absorbing elastomer, both a great feel at impact and a strong trajectory are achieved.
K-Shaped Cut Sole:
By adopting a K-shaped sole that is cut on both the leading-edge side and the trailing side, both forgiveness on missed shots and comfortable stance at address are achieved
